RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Unused products can be returned within 15 days of receipt minus the freight cost of the original order. Return requests must be submitted through your account. In the event that your parcel arrives damaged or broken, please contact our team with pictures of the item, and we’d be very happy to assist you with a replacement.
SHIPPING
All orders ship within 1-3 days of receiving orders, we cannot guarantee delivery times.
The customer is responsible for covering any duties charges that may be incurred in the shipping process.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages shipped to the wrong address. At checkout, please be sure to use the correct shipping address. If USPS/Canada Post/Canpar is unable to deliver, please contact them to arrange to pick up or delivery. If the package is stolen, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to the incorrect address entered by the customer. If address entered is incorrect and the package has left our facility, it is suggested to contact your local USPS/Canada Post/Canpar office to locate. We will not re-ship an order due to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
